Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is a heat transfer material designed for hot stamping patterns on fabrics such as clothing, shoes, hats, and bags. It has a wide range of uses, including personalized customization, brand logos, sportswear, promotional gifts, and DIY handicrafts. It can easily transfer exquisite text, LOGO, and complex patterns, and enhance the added value of products.

HTV is made of a variety of materials, including PU/PVC/TPU/ FLOCKING / Giltter/PUFF/ Silicone / Reflective / Special pattern etc., to meet different needs: PU film is flexible and stretch-resistant, suitable for sportswear; PVC film is colorful and suitable for graphic design; elastic fiber fits perfectly with high-elastic fabrics. There are rich thickness options, from ultra-thin 0.01mm to thickened 1.8mm, taking into account both breathability and durability, and adapting to different substrates and washing requirements.

It is easy to operate. After engraving or cutting with our laser machine, it can be firmly attached by heating and pressurizing with a heat press machine. It is an efficient and environmentally friendly solution for clothing decoration.
