Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: It is according to your quantity. if you just want to buy one set sample .it needs 1-3 working days .if the goods are in stock. or it is 4-5days if the goods are not in stock.

Q: Do you provide free sample ?

A: No, we could offer the sample but you should pay the cost of freight/sample.

Q: How about the shipping mode?

A: by express/air/sea/train both ok.as per the buyer request to delivery. you know the machine freight charge is higher. in general , we just suggest the buyer can accpet the sea shipment.

Q: How about the freight?

A: You can find the forwarder agent by yourself ,if you have not, we can quote the cheaper freight charge for you.
